Make sure account name is the dealerships name (automation is based off this).
Ensure all address, time zone settings etc are correct.
Integrate social media accounts - Also integrate the ad accounts under 'launch ads'.
Make sure we have partner access.
If it is an individual please delete all calendars and leave just 'Dealership Appointment Calendar'.
Allocate a twillio Number and setup call forwarding etc.
Delete sales pipeline '1'.
Set calendar settings with work hours
Setup passwords.

Show them how to log in and access their 'INBOX'.
Do a demo on how to upload a lead into the system and using the sales pipeline drag into 'long term nurture'.

Using the 'Book Coaching' tab help them book a call with Michael if they haven't already.
Show them how they can access the group coaching call in that tab and training videos.
Explain if they need help to use the black chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner.

Get all info needed for website creation.
Purchase DNS is needed.
Get them to start putting together csv files of past clients, old lead lists, people who bought front he dealership but the sales consultant doesn't work there anymore etc.
To run a service drive they will need access to the service customers each day (csv is ideal).
